Support Tickets

For those users that have subscribed to the Professional subscription package, an additional individual support ticket system is provided which will have priority and prompt responses from Component Architect support staff.

The Subscriber support tickets will be divided into two categories:

Component Architect Pro - questions and issues in using Component Architect Pro for the definition and generation of components

Code Template Development - where the subscribed user is developing their own custom code templates then this is the category to use for any questions on how to do this and the markup values that can be used.  The support provided does not include actual coding of large areas of custom code templates just advice to the end user on how they may perform this.  If complex Code Template Development is required then additional consultancy and actual development can be purchased from Component Architect see the Custom Code Templates page for more details.
